Great news, everyone! As of today I have been formally recognized by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) as an Accredited Counsellor! This means that I have met BACP's higher standards as a counsellor and psychotherapist, having undergone a rigorous review of my professional qualifications and experience as a competent, ethical independent counselling practitioner. Because I provide online counselling throughout the United Kingdom, you can receive professional counselling from the comfort of your very own home or office!
Whether you reside in London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Belfast, Cardiff--or elsewhere in the United Kingdom--it would be my honor and privilege to help you become a better version of yourself. My counselling specialties include treating depression and anxiety, substance use disorders, couples counselling and marital therapy, LGBTQ issues, alcohol use, suicidality and self-harming, codependency and other related issues.
I have received training from the Beck Community Initiative in cognitive-behavioural therapy for depression, as well as Level 2 training in the Gottman Method--an evidence-based approach to couples therapy. For more information, visit me online, and let's arrange a time to talk. Looking forward to getting to know you and helping you become the person you truly want to be.
